I'm a 57 Year old Disabled man. I have worked for 37.5 continuous years. This Podcast Chronicles the struggles I have while making the journey of life. From putting food on the table to looking after the car and cat. From doing the shopping and going to work. From going to the gym and socialising. And carrying out my political activism. I then keep the Diary of Real Britain to tell people of this journey. To tell them of the Britain I live in.

Episode 72 Monday 19th May
Monday. Its the usual routine. I have had an email from Companies telling me annual accounts are due. The in the afternoon its off to gym and the after the hr its off to the supermarket for my works food and then home. Tuesday. Back to work! There's nothing to write home about. Nothing! Then its home time and I finish late again. Wednesday. Nothing is happening! Boring! Graffiti is in pandemic mode. I finish work late again and head for home. Thursday. Today is a carbon copy of yesterday. I finish the working day slightly early. Friday. Its the end of the working week. Again nothing happens and I get to finish the day on time. I hand in the keys at lion yard but I pop into Holland and Barrett to buy some Protein and then head for home. Saturday. Saturday is just the same. I have a gym session at 11 and the after the hr I head for home. Sunday. Its an unusual Sunday. I take my wife to the Cambridge infusion Centre part of the Addenbrookes site. On the way we get lost! Then we head for home after an hour there and then in the afternoon I head for Newmarket Rd supermarket to do the weekly shop. And we then have Sunday Roast ready meals.
