I'm a 57 Year old Disabled man. I have worked for 37.5 continuous years. This Podcast Chronicles the struggles I have while making the journey of life. From putting food on the table to looking after the car and cat. From doing the shopping and going to work. From going to the gym and socialising. And carrying out my political activism. I then keep the Diary of Real Britain to tell people of this journey. To tell them of the Britain I live in.

Monday. I am a little surprised because my PT booked in a gym session this afternoon. As its a bank holiday I was under the impression that he didn't want to work them. Tuesday. Its back to work and the number of tourists and families has dropped significantly. The buildings remain clean. Is the whole of Cambridge just gone on holiday ? Wednesday. Today is a slightly different day as the play area are full of children but the pool remains empty. All buildings remain clean all day. For the first time in a while I leave work on time. Thursday. Again as yesterday all buildings remain clean. I count my blessings. Friday. Today is a repeat of yesterday even the buildings remain clean. I hand in the keys at lion yard and go home on time. Then in the evening I have a gym session. Saturday. Today is quiet with nothing specific happening. In the evening we have our fish and chips and then my wife watch's Judge Judy and I watch Youtube. Sunday. We do the usual read the Sunday papers and then I go to Bar Hill and do the weekly shop and then home. In the evening I help with cooking Sunday Roast.
